To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. We currently support:

• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App provides interactive fiction experiences where users interact with fictional characters through a chat-based interface and dating simulations.

• Scripted Content: All story plots, character dialogues, dating scenes, branch options, images, and audio messages are pre-written and pre-designed by our editorial team. They are not generated by Real-Time Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Intellectual Property: All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of the App owner and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal entertainment only.

The App uses a virtual currency called "Gems."

• Usage: Gems are consumable items used to unlock premium story choices, image messages, and audio messages. Once a Gem is consumed, the action cannot be undone.
• Purchase: Gems are purchased through the Apple App Store as "Consumable" In-App Purchases.
• No Cash Value: Gems have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.

We offer subscription plans that provide enhanced benefits. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Perks: Subscribers receive:
• X2 Relationship Reward: Double character affinity points.
• Early Access: Access to New and Updated Matches 30 days earlier than non-subscribers.
• Free Date Replays: Ability to replay dating scenes without additional costs.
• Purchase Bonus: Get 20% more Gems for every Gem pack purchase.
• X2 Daily Gems: Double the amount of daily login Gem rewards.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.

All purchases (Gems and Subscriptions) made through the App are processed by Apple.We do not directly handle refunds.If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple Support and follow their refund policies. Generally, all In-App Purchases are non-refundable unless required by local law.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, record, or distribute any content (text, images, audio) from the App.
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques or security measures.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
